Long Description : MASSAGE can be both stimulating and relaxing. It affects nerves, organs, glands, circulation, and muscles, and helps the body rid itself of toxins. Our signature Cayce/Reilly massage blends Swedish, osteopathic, and neuropathic massage techniques.

With the 1 1/2 hour Facial and Massage combination, your massage will also include a refreshing, rejuvenating facial with massage, hot towels, mudpack, and toner.

With the 1 1/2 hour Massage and Acupressure combination, your massage will be blended with acupressure, using gentle, direct finger pressure on acupuncture points to release stress and tension, reduce pain and discomfort, increase self-awareness and establish a balance of energy between mind and body.

Directions   :   You`ll find the A.R.E. Health Center & Spa in the historic Cayce Hospital Building, ground level front, on the hill at 67th Street and Atlantic Avenue.
